Ab-stractions

Welcome to Ab-stractions

I majored in photography, but I’ve studied painting, printmaking, and jewelry. I love taking cemetery photos and making multiple exposures. For me, it’s all about texture. I use those photos as the basis of my printmaking – distilling the shapes created by the multiples and pushing them to the abstract. These same themes run through my collages and jewelry. I layer paper and wire and beads and see what becomes of them.
